Kings Point Lake House is a large waterfront property perfect for family’s with uninterrupted access to the waters edge. Sleeping 10 people this is your lake side paradise for the whole family. A few steps from the back door you are able to swim, fish, paddle or ski. You can moore your boat at the rear of the property. A decked out downstairs games room with pool table, juke box ,TV, bar & kids activity corner will keep everybody entertained. Sit by the outdoor BBQ & fire pit to enjoy the sunset The space Kings Point Lake House is the perfect holiday home to relax & unwind with family and friends while exploring the wonderful south coast. With high ceilings and highlighted windows, featuring a stained glass image of our iconic pigeon house mountain creates a sense of space and light as you enter the property. The dining area which leads into an open laid back living room with a wood fireplace, large television and DVD player overlooking the lake. Our wood fireplace expands through to the kitchen and sitting area where you are able to sit back by the fire, relax with a book and a cup of tea whilst gazing over the landscape. Pet friendly on request Only a few steps to the lake from the back of the property, Kings Point Lake House is perfect for friends and families that enjoy any water sports. Complete access from the rear of the property to the water, even being able to water ski straight from the bank. The Kings point Ski club has a wonderful ramp to launch any boat just around the corner (there is a launching fee). Sleeping up to 10 people, with 4 bedrooms all with built in wardrobes: Main Room - Queen bed and day bed which walks out into your own secluded courtyard. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 -2 x Single bunk beds Bedroom 4 - Queen bed (downstairs) ALL LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED Porta cot and high chair also available (no extra cost) Sometimes we can accommodate extra people at a nightly charge, please confirm with Renee WIFI Fire place in main area , we supply only a rack next to fire place. 2 bath bathrooms, located upstairs and downstairs (1 bath upstairs) Outdoor shower Large fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. The area offers award-winning restaurants, has some amazing bush walks for the whole family to enjoy. 200m walk to a kids playground and jetty perfect for throwing a line in. We also offer Male & female Trainers for Personal training & Yoga sessions by the lake. There are Paddle boards, a 2 man canoe , 2 kayaks for hire.
