You are renting this entire 2 bedrooms apartment. Beautiful 2 bedrooms in this brand new apartment of this small 2 floor building with a very cool fashion gallery-like living room. Our apartment takes the entire floor of this small building which will be yours. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have a REAL beautiful BED for two with soft and comfortable designer bed sheets, sideboard table, Flat-screen TV, WIFI, central air and heat. Gorgeous bathroom has all. The space IMPORTANT FOR GUEST OR GUESTS. It is clear that the number of guests stated in your original booking request will remain the same. This is a private building, hence we cannot keep having the number of guests keep increasing. It is also not allowed for guests to be renting our place to their friends who are also coming to town. For example at booking, if you are a party of 1 and I have accepted your booking as 1 guest. For the duration of your stay here, it will only be 1 guest allowed here no more. It is not allowed because you are renting the apartment that you feel that you can have several other friends or guests staying here on top of your original 1 or 2. So please be clear on how many of you are coming here from the beginning and this number of guests will be final for your entire stay here. As this is a private house, no you will not be allowed to have friends over. It will only be the two of you that's all. Also as this building is very nice and respectable, you as a guest should not stand in front of the building smoking or interact with people. We are trying not to bring too much attention to ourselves here. Thank you in advance for observing these rules. It is very important for us to respect them all because they are not changeable nor flexible. The area is full of everything. The famous 125th Street is just a few walking blocks away. The famous Apollo theater is on 125th Street The Magic Johnson theater near, Red Rooster restaurant, Many famous churches, The great central is also walking distance on a good summer day is you are a walker or you may take the bus or the train just 3 very short stops away, but I would always advise on a good day to walk to Central Park because it will give you a chance on seeing the entire neighborhood. Also many great famous restaurants up not far from the park which is really restaurant row. You may find Soul food, Italian food, Japanese food, Vegan Food, Western Food, Pubs and many bars with live music while you enjoy a drink or having a great dinner. Guest access GUESTS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE APARTMENT; THAT INCLUDES, THE BEDROOM THAT YOU HAVE RENTED, THE BATHROOM, AND THE KITCHEN. Other things to note Please respect all of the rules of the house. I reserved the right to reject any reservation after you have arrived and checked in if you have refused to follow all of my rules and regulation of the house. Also if you are being impolite, unfriendly and unkind to others. We are all artists, friendly, educated, kind and very cool people. I am a fashion designer and musician, so my home must remain clean at all time and reflect such lifestyle and taste.
