The space Beach house "Ruden" The thatched house "Ruden" is spread over two levels and has 220 m² of living space. 3 luxurious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, their own sauna, a fully equipped kitchen area and a spacious living area with fireplace await you. On the sunny south side of the house you will find a large sun terrace. You can relax in the beach chair and on a cozy seating area.   On the ground floor is the light-flooded living and dining area. The living room has a cozy sofa landscape , a flat-screen TV and a BOSE Wave system with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The built-in fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days.   The harmoniously integrated, high-quality kitchen in the living area has a refrigerator with freezer, a high-quality induction stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, two coffee machines (filter coffee and freshly ground beans), a kettle, a toaster and various small utensils that complete the kitchen equipment.   A private sauna with a walk-in shower and toilet is also located on the ground floor.   You can reach the upper floor via a staircase. There are three bedrooms (two of them with a box spring bed of size 180 x 200 cm and direct access to the respective bathroom, the third bedroom with two single box spring beds measuring 90 x 200 cm). All bedrooms can be darkened and two have their own TV. In the bathroom, you can relax in a free-standing bathtub while enjoying the sea view.   There are 2 parking spaces available. Of course, the house also has a WiFi connection. A washing machine, dryer and ironing utensils are available free of charge.   The "Ruden" beach house is ideal for 1 - 6 people. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to allergies. More info: Barbecue of any kind is not permitted for reasons of fire protection. - From 2023, the linen package (initial set of bed and terry linen) is included in the price for stays of 5 nights or more. - We charge a security deposit of 300 euros for the house.
