Chalet Mountain near lake Zell and Kitzsteinhorn

Our chalet is located in a quiet side street but central in Bruck, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cinemas and ski bus is all within walking distance. Many attractions are within a short drive like the wonderful lake Zell, Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area, city of Zell am See, Großglockner alpine road and many more! From the two south facing bedrooms you have a wonderful mountain view, you can even see Kitzsteinhorn glacier from the terrace! Our beautiful garden is ideal for barbeque in summer. The space The high-end furnished chalet has 3 bedrooms on first floor, two with comfortable box-spring double beds and access to a spacious terrace. The views of the mountains of National Park Hohe Tauern on one side and the Pinzgauer gras mountains on the other side are fantastic. One bedroom is furnished with a cozy boxpring-singlebed, a sofa chair and Sat TV. It offers views of the river Salzach and the nearby castle "Schloss Fischhorn". A newly renovated bathroom with shower and WC is also on first floor. On ground floor you will find a toilet and the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Of course there is free W-Lan. On ground floor there is also a cozy living room and the Wintergarden with a large dining table and great views of the garden and the mountains. Guest access Our chalet is always furnished to the latest standard as it is a show house for our furniture company. We only rent it out in weeks when the furniture company´s office (on ground floor of the house) is closed. We put a lot of effort into furnishing the chalet cosy and trendy, the interior is always up to date. One room on ground floor is not accessible as this is our office. There is also a Jacuzzi on the terrace but unfortunately it cannot be used by our guests as the authorities don´t permitt the use for guests because of hyienic reasons. Other things to note Tourist tax of EUR 3,50 per adult/day is not included in the rental price and we ask you to pay it in cash upon arrival. Kids up to 16 years don´t pay tourist tax. The tourist tax fee includes also the mobility ticket where most of busses and trains are free of charge in the province of Salzburg. Registration Details 50602-000296-2020
