Typical trullo and lamia house consisting of: living room, kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms and a typical room (alcove) joined to the other trulli by a large arch and curtains. The house is set in a centuries-old olive grove in the countryside of the beautiful Itria Valley. There is a large private square shaded by linden and eucalyptus trees where tourists can relax. The space The house is particularly suitable for those who love to spend their holidays immersed in nature, history, culture and tranquility. Children and animals can play in absolute safety in the wide spaces that surround it. There are no architectural barriers Located between Alberobello, Locorotondo and Martina Franca, it is twenty minutes from the sea and an hour from Matera. Other interesting nearby locations are: Cisternino, Polignano, Monopoli and the Castellana Caves. There are several restaurants and stables nearby. Guest access The entire house, the herb garden, and the square in front of the entrance where you can park and dine outdoors are only available to guests. The house is equipped with an alarm system, and there is a private security service that intervenes in a few minutes in case of need. Other things to note The trulli have very thick walls (more than a meter and a half) and small windows. They are very cool in summer, so it is generally not necessary to have air conditioning, however there are fans in every room in case you need them. In the bad season, the cone ceilings make it difficult to heat them, so they always maintain a cool temperature. There is a thermostat in the house that allows you to adjust the heating as you wish, which is autonomous, and a dehumidifier.
