It is a residential area with no neighbors nearby, perfect for a relaxing holiday. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a spacious living room with access to a sunny balcony. Facilities in the large courtyard overlooking the sea include a jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and, best of all, a private pool with hydromassage that is perfectly heated. There is also a private gym for those who want to stay in shape even during their vacation. A great place to barbecue and socialize with family and friends is located in the outdoor barbecue area that provides seating for up to a maximum of 12 people.
