Prime location, bright airy 4-bed house and garden

Located in a quiet family road, this lovely home is brilliantly located just moments away from the shops and restaurants in West Hampstead's buzzing high street, and where there are three different train and tube stations (Jubilee line, Overground and Thameslink). You can get anywhere in London very easily from here, and there’s a bus stop with frequent buses to the stations and the West End just around the corner from the house. The space We have previously rented the house on short lets of minimum 30 days through estate agents for many years, so have had guests from a variety of countries and have had several repeat visitors who love the house. We are now offering stays of minimum 13 nights through Airbnb as it's too a big house to turn around in between guests for stays shorter than 13 nights. There will not be any grocery provisions upon your arrival apart from tea and coffee, but there is a Tesco supermarket immediately around the corner from the house, and a Waitrose and Sainsbury supermarket just down the road, along with loads of local places to eat. This is very much a family house or for adult holiday makers. It is not a party house, as it's in a very quiet residential street and opposite the police station, so rowdy noisy people are not welcome and would find the police at their door very quickly indeed! Other things to note The property can be available for lets longer than one month, by arrangement, but there may be a larger cleaning charge at the end of the tenancy.
