Half-timbered vacation home in the green Weserbergland

Our little 'Casa Verde' is located in a wonderfully green location amidst the gentle hills of the idyllic Extertal in the Weser Uplands. A gentle stream flows through the valley, in which the vacation home is located on a residual farm. The space Our small 'Casa Verde' is about 50 m² and was prepared in ecological construction. The area is located in a former 'Leibzucht' and enjoys an open layout, so the house is suitable for 2-3 people. The living room is kept open to the kitchen with dining area and only visually separated by the visible timber frame. The kitchen area is equipped with an elf-colored fitted kitchen with dishwasher, sink, 2 ceramic hobs, an electric oven and a refrigerator, so you can take care of yourself here. Heating can be done via electric heating (wall convector) or via the kitchen stove with wood. Right next to the kitchen area is the bedroom. This has a large double bed and a closet. The room is closed, but there is an open truss window to the living room. The bathroom completes the deliberately chosen style of what we believe to be a successful harmony between country house style and modernity. The terracotta-colored floor tiles are broken up by subtle accents with a pebble look. The bathroom is equipped with a low bathtub, a large vanity, toilet and bidet and has natural light. On the floors there are carefully crafted real wood planks made of oak, the walls are provided with an ecological wall plaster and painted white, the double-glazed wooden windows, which meet the latest standard, have rungs. The Sylt-style entrance door opens onto a beautiful sun terrace of about 12 m², which is laid out in steps. There you can enjoy the sun all day. It can also be used for barbecuing, as a grill can be provided on request. The pretty 'Casa Verde' is located on a small farm at the end of a cul-de-sac in a private street and thus guarantees wonderful peace and a great natural location. Our friendly roommates are loving sheep for landscape maintenance and the chickens with their rooster. Please note that the farm is located in a radio hole due to the location and the Wi-Fi is also very unstable. The renovation was carried out by us in 2013/2014, so everything is as good as new. Supermarkets can be found conveniently in Krankenhagen (Combi supermarket incl. bakery) and Bösingfeld (Aldi, REWE, Lidl, etc.). Wi-Fi is at your disposal free of charge, but is very unstable. Guest access The whole yard is at your disposal for relaxation. So you can splash around in the stream, walk through the forest and across our meadows or relax on the sun terrace in front of the 'Casa Verde.' Other things to note Due to rising energy prices, we recommend our guests use the wood-burning stove. Wood is provided free of charge. In addition, it is possible to use a so-called electric wall convector. This is powered by electricity. We have determined average values of users in recent years. Anything that consumes more than the average amount of electricity must be paid for on site upon departure. Therefore, we recommend using the wood-burning stove. It's much nicer anyway....
