New 124 m² house with all amenities, located 2 km from the beach and shops of Merville-Franceville, accessible by bike path. Accommodation for 8 people including: living room, living room, fully equipped open kitchen, 3 adult bedrooms including 1 with shower room and 1 children's bedroom with bunk beds) Amenities: TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine South-facing terrace with garden furniture. The space IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Our house is located in a brand new subdivision, other houses are likely to be under construction around. We therefore adjust our price accordingly. The house that we have carefully furnished and decorated includes: On the ground floor: - Entrance with coat rack and mirror - Fully equipped kitchen open to 45 m² living room - Toilet - Garage with washer and sink Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and shower room - 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed - 1 bedroom with 140 x 200 bed - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds - 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, double vanity unit, towel dryer. - Separate WC Outside: - Garden table and chairs - Garden furniture - Barbecue Enclosed grassy and landscaped garden. Baby crib, high chair and bathtub on request. Private parking, possibility to park 3–4 vehicles Linens and towels are provided. Small dogs allowed. Guest access The house will be exclusively reserved for you during your stay. Other things to note We ask that you follow a few rules during your stay: * respect the neighborhood, no noise after 10pm * respect for waste sorting * make sure to leave the premises as clean as when you arrived PARTIES AND GATHERINGS OF MORE THAN 8 TRAVELERS STRICTLY PROHIBITED: FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES WILL RESULT IN PROSECUTION AND A DEDUCTION FROM THE DEPOSIT. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE AND IN THE GARAGE. ON YOUR DEPARTURE PLEASE LEAVE THE PREMISES CLEAN (dishes washed, garbage cans taken out, fridge emptied...)
