The property is in close proximity to Montrose Berry Farm, Mali Brae Farm and wedding venue, Bendooley Estate, Centennial Vineyards, Mt Broughton Golf & Country Club, Bundanoon Brigadoon & Bowral shopping/ entertainment. The perfect property for a country escape or a relaxing weekend get-away. The space The house offers space for large groups, couples and families. There are four full size bedrooms and a fifth bedroom/study available, each captures a beautiful view of the property and are in close proximity to bathrooms and living areas. The Master bedroom is in a separate wing of the house with its own private en-suite and views over the dam and adjoining paddocks. The Kitchen is set up for cooking and entertaining with island bench and bar stools. There is a large fridge/freezer, pantry, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, kettle and large double sink. The space flows into an informal dining area seating for eight and an adjoining living space with lounge and tv. The open plan Living room and formal Dining area are setup around an open wood fireplace. The TV zone has a smart TV (Foxtel/Netflix) a PlayStation, DVD/Bluetooth and books to entertain guests. The Games room offers a full size billiard table with equipment to play and a lounge area for guests to enjoy. The property is home to our four gentle resident steers/cows that you are able to feed. There is also a dam, private alfresco/ BBQ area or just relax/play and wander around the established garden and orchard area. Entally Park is surrounded by Southern Highlands attractions such wedding venues, pubs, golf courses, shopping, antique hunting, farmers markets, foodie tours, restaurants, cafes, horse riding, Bradman Museum, art galleries - to name a few. Either enjoy the property for a relaxing break or indulge in the many entertainment options in close proximity to the house - the choice is yours. Guest access Guest can access all areas of the property with the exception of the owners garage. There is a huge house and 5.2 acres for your private enjoyment. Please not that this property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. Entally Park offers early checkin (before 3pm) late check out (after 11am) for a fee of $50 per hour. Please discuss availability and payment with owners prior to stay. Other things to note Entally Park has strict policies regarding ‘No Pets’ and ‘No parties, weddings, hens or bucks nights, schoolies, club meetings or large events’. The property can accomodate a maximum of 9 guests at any given time (this is inclusive of adults, children and infants). We are unable to approve additional guests and visitors.
