The cottage is open all year to vacation rentals 3 nights minimum. The cottage was created in an old Cognac distillery and was designed by combining modernity and Charente spirit. It was opened to the location in August 2011. Furniture and objects have been unearthed on the flea markets and yard sales in the region. The living room is a large room opening onto the terrace and garden which consists of a kitchen, a dining area and a lounge. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle The dining area is furnished with a round table for 6 people (can accommodate friends) and a sideboard containing dishes. The lounge is equipped with a wardrobe, a sofa bed BZ style, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The room has a window overlooking the garden. It is equipped with a double bed 140x190 cm (with 220x240 duvet, pillow and pillow 65x65) flanked by two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, an armchair and a small table with lamp . The bathroom has a window overlooking the garden and features a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, towel dryer. For all young children, a cot with a mattress, sheets and a high chair are available upon request. Juillac-le-Coq is a charming village typically Charentais with 700 inhabitants.
