The space In addition to a heavy sprinkling of fine period furnishings and quietly sophisticated touches, the apartment maintains an attractively casual, laid-back and unpretentious quality - ideal for settling in and feeling 'at one' with your fabulously Venetian and very aristocratic surroundings from the moment you arrive, while rich wooden flooring and independent air-conditioning throughout, satellite TV, wireless internet connection and a small laundry room with washing machine ensure that all the comforts and conveniences of modern living are at your fingertips for the duration of your stay. There's an elegant living room with comfy seating and wide French windows opening onto a superb terrace (with seating space for six) offering wonderful panoramic vistas over seemingly endless rooftops and bell-towers, a separate dining area seating eight and a fully-equipped kitchen/ breakfast room with dapple-grey granite work surfaces, Grand Canal views and all the appliances one could possibly wish for, including a large fridge with icemaker, microwave and numerous coffee-makers to name just a few. There are three stylish bedrooms - a beautiful master with a double bed and French windows opening onto a private terrace with mesmerising Grand Canal views to swoon over (impossibly romantic!) and its own en suite bathroom with bathtub, a second double bedroom with double bed enjoying views towards the Accademia Bridge and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection (again with an en suite bathroom with bathtub), a third bedroom with twin beds (which can be made into a double - please ask when booking) and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. A fourth 'hallway' bathroom with w.c. and shower completes the accommodation. Other things to note ALL VIEWS ON VENICE RATES, IRRESPECTIVE OF LENGTH OF STAY, ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE OF ALL UTILITIES* - gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, welcome on arrival and check-in up until 8 p.m.** are all included, as are air-conditioning and internet access if available at your chosen apartment. And while the Venice Tourist Tax €4,00 per person per night*** is an extra, there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
