Comfortable cottage, quiet with swimming pool

Located on the hillsides of the charming village of Birac-sur-Trec. Calm, serenity and stunning views of the countryside await you. You can relax on your terrace by the forest, under the pines, by the pool or play with the children in the garden. Outdoor activities are also available, walks in the vineyards, by the Garonne, visits (bastides/châteaux, farms, gourmet markets...) The accommodation is classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation The space Your 50 m² accommodation is independent of our house, it is located on a large plot of 8500 m² with a great view of the countryside. Everything has been fully refurbished for your comfort. There is a kitchen/entrance with everything you need (fridge, dishwasher, glass-ceramic hob, oven and microwave, coffee maker, kettle) as well as plenty of storage. The bathroom has a shower and a single sink, there is also a washing machine. The first bedroom has two 90 cm single beds (which can be joined to make a double bed on request) and the second has a 140 cm double bed. Finally, in the living room, you will find a flat-screen TV with a sofa and a table for your meals. Some indications: - Good quality Wi-Fi access (Fiber connection) - The pool is unheated and shared with us.
