Houseboat EMMA - close to the trade fair, ECB & skyline view

EMMA is restored with a lot of love and passion and is located in the Marina Offenbach. It is fully equipped with toilet, shower, gas stove, hot water & refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with a basic supply of spices, pasta, coffee & cooking equipment. If you need anything before your arrival, please let us know and we will take care of your purchases... You sleep on a new, super cozy 1.40 x 2.00 m mattress in the aft cabin. The space Please note that the EMMA is a houseboat and there are restrictions on comfort. Unfortunately, you will not find central heating, Wi-Fi, an infinite amount of hot water and insulated windows. If you don't mind that and don't shy away from a bit of adventure... welcome:) Other things to note The harbor is a private facility and we ask you to be considerate of the permanent residents on the boats and the neighbors opposite the harbor. Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm. Speakers with music on deck are not permitted, the harbor acts as a noise amplifier. In the event of complaints from neighbors, the deposit of €250 will be withheld. For a check-in after 8:00 pm, we charge a fee of €30, which is payable in cash upon arrival. Electricity is charged at € 0.70 per kw/h. Overnight guests who are not registered through Airbnb are not allowed.
