The property features four ensuite bedrooms, each with zip-link beds that can be arranged as twins or doubles, plus Smart TVs in every room for your comfort and convenience. The spacious lounge includes a wood burner, Smart TV, and plenty of comfortable seating for all guests — perfect for cosy evenings in. The large kitchen/diner is ideal for socialising, featuring a generous dining table with benches, a well-equipped kitchen, and a snug area where you can relax and listen to music. Outside, you’ll find a secluded garden with a hot tub, patio area, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a charming pergola with a cast iron table and chairs beneath — a lovely spot to enjoy the peace and quiet. For larger groups, a Jay-Be Supreme folding single bed can be set up in the cloakroom to accommodate a ninth guest. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to Walnut Tree Barn, a separate detached building with its own private entrance and enclosed garden. Self check-in is via a secure lockbox, with the key code provided before arrival, giving you complete privacy and convenience throughout your stay. Other things to note Parking is available for up to five vehicles. Walnut Tree Barn is situated at the end of a peaceful hamlet, accessed via a private lane, offering a quiet countryside setting. Opposite the property is a small, family-run campsite which operates during the summer months only. Please note this is separate from Walnut Tree Barn and guests do not have access to the campsite facilities. Guests are welcome to enjoy Oak Tree Meadow, a peaceful area ideal for walks, with the River Yeo running alongside it. As this is a rural location, you may occasionally see a tractor passing nearby. A branch railway line also runs through the valley, and from time to time you may hear the gentle sound of a passing train — a charming reminder of the tranquil countryside surroundings.
