Hidden Gem Private villa (built 2014) with own private swimming pool close to Grand Bay, Péreybère, Mont Choisy, trou aux Biches, Cap Malheureux 4 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms, 1 separate WC & wash basin , spacious open plan living with Flat screen TV, dining room, terrasse, fully equipped modern kitchen, phone for local calls, BBQ, private pool, garden, internet, close to beaches & amenities. Villa Rosa Mauritius is near Pereybere and perfect location for Grand Baie, Trou aux Biches, Mont Choisy, Cap Malheureux to explore the north, its beaches, watersports etc. What we love the most when we stay at the villa is its comfort, peacefulness of the area (especially after visiting the island) with tropical birds singing, the private swimming pool and its location. The nearest beach, about 10 mins walk has a fantastic view of Gunner’s Quoin. Bus stops, local shops and 2 recommended restaurants are walking distance. Our beautiful homely L shape villa (built 2014) with its private swimming pool is comfortable, spacious, modern and light with open plan living, dining room, kitchen and patio. Enjoy cocktails, alfresco dining or BBQ with view of the private swimming pool and the garden. For your comfort, the villa offers flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, safe for valuable, security alarm for peace of mind, sun loungers and phone for local calls. Host is available if you need any help or information , tips etc. There are 4 air-conditioning en-suite bedrooms; 1 king & 3 big double size beds, 1 double bed can be converted into 2 single beds and a separate WC & wash basin. We have a travel baby cot and a baby high chair. The king size bedroom leads directly to the private swimming pool. A baby travel cot & baby high chair is available. There are no other guests to bother you or affect your holiday. Free house maid cleaning weekly and free internet (normally £15/week). Bed sheets, towels are changed weekly. If, you wish to have daily house cleaning or outdoor BBQ cleaning service . Please let us know. We are flexible with check- in and check-out time subject to availability nearer to arrival and / or departure date upon request. Dinner service is available and car hire or airport transfer can be arranged on request. All the guests have loved the local food cooked by the co-host. We are highly reviewed on Trip Advisor.
