ROMANTIC and QUIET HOLIDAY APARTMENT

In the quiet hamlet of Perreres, with enchanting views of the glaciers around the Matterhorn, my wife Enrica and I will be happy to welcome our guests to our apartment for a vacation of sports, nature and relaxation! The newly renovated place sleeps up to 6 people! THE SKI LIFT DEPARTURES ARE ONLY 3.5 KM FROM THE HOUSE. 2 excellent restaurants and a bar/pastry shop/bakery very close to the house can make your stay more enjoyable. The space The accommodation, very bright, is composed as follows: Living area with entrance, bathroom, spacious kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary accessories (2-liter kettle and toaster). Romantic working fireplace and sofa bed. Sleeping area on the mezzanine floor with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom with comfortable shower and hairdryer. MY APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN ITALY, in Valtournenche, NOT IN SWITZERLAND. Other amenities: Free fast Wi-Fi Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Video, YouTube, Disney Plus) Washing machine and dishwasher tablets included. Firewood for the fireplace included Available in the kitchen: Sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee, fine and coarse salt. Moka coffee maker included! Everything you need to cook is included. Fine finishes such as fabrics and curtains, custom furnishings, old wood and stone for furnishings and floors. Free public parking in the square in front of the house. Available for guests, only in summer, large outdoor garden with wooden table and barbecue for lunch or simply to rest. Garage available to store skis, boots and other equipment. Cot and high chair for young children. Pets are not allowed and no smoking in the house! We are happy to personally welcome our guests. However, in the event that our work commitments prevent us from doing so, there will be the possibility of checking in completely independently with the simple instructions that we will send the day before their arrival. In winter, it is advisable to be equipped with snow tires or chains on board. In the garage, there is wood for the fireplace, a boot warmer with hot air and a ski trolley. (Ski Room) In summer there are numerous departures (also from the house) of trails of various difficulties. To name a few among the many... from the "great balcony of the Matterhorn" (path 107) of medium difficulty, to path 8 a fabulous flat walk with wonderful views ideal for bicycles and families with small children, up to the ascent of the Matterhorn (only for the most experienced accompanied by mountain guides) At the time of check-in, you will be provided with all the material such as maps, brochures, and our recommendations. IMPORTANT - TOURIST TAX According to the new Regional Law (number 10 of July 18, 2023) from May 1, 2024, the tourist tax will be applied up to a maximum of 7 nights. - €2 per person, for the periods: • January 1 - April 30 • June 16 - September 30 • December 1 - December 31 - €1 per person, for the periods: • May 1 - June 15 • October 1 - November 30 Children under 15 years of age are exempt from this tax, Payment must be made at check-in.
