The heated swimming pool is on the side of the house and faces south, the garden extends to the west on the street side and to the east on the wood side. You will enjoy the sun and shade of the tall trees. The house opens onto a very large living space on the ground floor with living room, dining room and very large American kitchen. Upstairs, you will enjoy a very large open office, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house.
