You have the option to park vehicles right in front. It has an enclosed garden with a 3m trampoline, portico, BBQ and sun loungers. There you will find thyme, rosemary, and verbena. On the ground floor are a fully equipped US kitchen overlooking a beautiful shaded terrace pleasant for the summer months, a living/dining room and a toilet. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom. The living room and upstairs air conditioning keep the house cool. You can walk (100m) to the small Les Priades shopping mall where a market is held every Saturday morning. You will find a Spar convenience store open every day, a bakery, a glacier, a pizza delivery person... On the other side of the cul-de-sac is a children's park. A bus stop is very close to the house (100m). Line 4 is direct and regular for Avignon.
