Central Chamonix 3 bed with pool & views

Large apartment with swimming pool, private balcony, parking, and Mont Blanc views. Central Chamonix, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. 5 mins from the Brevent lift and the Aiguille de Midi. Perfect for skiing or summer, with a private residents pool and sun terrace. Lift access, wood stove, and 55" television. Three bedrooms and twin bunks in a separate hallway. Bathroom and shower room both with WC. The space We have be welcoming guests to our apartment for 19 years, and have excellent reviews on many holiday websites. One third of our guests come and stay again - both in winter and summer. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms (all with twin beds that can be easily pushed together if required) a large open plan kitchen and lounge nearly 9m long, small bunk room with two bunk beds, and a bathroom and wetroom. We are on the second floor and there is a lift. There is a private pool for residents open from mid-June to mid-September and gated outside residents parking (unreserved). There is ski hire shop just below the apartments and plenty of transfer companies which run shared taxis from Geneva airport. We are located moments from the best patisserie in the village for those delicious breakfast morning runs, and right next to some of the best fondue houses and restaurants for the evenings. There is a supermarket downstairs from the apartment. The cinema and bowling alley are also very close. There is a 42' plasma screen for lazy days, WI-FI internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave, and ski locker. The parking is gated and is reserved for residents, although we don’t have individual spaces. In the event that all the spaces are full (this can happen occasionally usually during the busiest weeks such as New Year and Feburary Half Term) there are car parks (Lionel Terray and Saint-Michel) along the road behind the apartment and free on-street parking on Route des Pecles (just beyond the Lionel Terray car park, parallel to Route des Gaillands) Check is between 5pm and 9pm.
