Ca'n Masingo - Stone cottage with shared pool

A charming renovated cottage on the outskirts of this traditional Mallorcian village, just a few minutes drive to Port Andratx. The cottage has a large bedroom which sleeps 2, a bathroom, sitting room & well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. There is a terrace outside (with a table, chairs and a BBQ. Sunbeds in the garden and use of owners pool (seasonal restrictions apply) Gated off road parking. A great base from which to explore the island. The space Completely renovated in 2015, a well appointed self contained cottage adjacent to the owners house, on the edge of Andratx. 10 minutes walk to the Plaza. Nice views from the cottage and garden. A large double bedroom (with A/C) and bathroom, sitting room and kitchen with appliances. Seasonal use of my pool, sunbeds and outside dining area with BBQ. Great for a couple! Guest access The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, 4 ring ceramic hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, plates, glasses, pots, pans and cutlery. Android box provides TV from several countries. Wifi. Linen, house and beach towels provided. The garden / pool is accessed by walking 5m along the pavement and in through the main gate - a window from the kitchen provides a great serving hatch. Other things to note The main house has dogs and a cats, who are very friendly. No children please. There is A/C in the bedroom only. PLEASE NOTE: I am required to provide guests names, dates of birth, country of residence and ID/Passport Number to the Guardia Civil and I will ask you for this information prior to your stay. TAX: EcoTax at 2.20€ per adult person over 16 years per night, reducing to 50% after 9 days, will be payable on arrival. Check in is after 4pm and check out by 11am. Guests may leave bags securely. There is a washing machine in the cottage. A weekly linen and towel change is provided for stays over 8 days - maid service available at an extra charge - please ask for details.
