The space Our Presidential Suites are located on the lower level floors of THEA Luxury Serviced Apartments which conveniently help with heat ventilation keeping the apartment cool throughout your stay. Its living room space is larger than our Executive Suites. There is also an extra storage room equipped with Presidential Suites in case you need extra space to store your things. One master bathroom has a bathtub for you to spend peaceful time in it. Moreover, we have dinnerware ready for you if you want to dine in or you can cook in our well-equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee machine with capsules, microwave. Our apartment is a dream come true for both short and long stay. Moreover, we have a storage room, washing machine, and maid room. - A luxuriously large living space of 170 sqm, including a huge lively room, dinner area with sizable kitchen, has been designed to offer you and your loved ones to enjoy after a long day from Bangkok busy life. Our living room is so spacious that it can fit more than 10 people. We provide flat screen TV, 6 seater dining tables and a big set of sofas for you and your loved ones. There are also working areas with desks provided. - Our bedrooms are expansive with plenty of space in a wardrobe. You don’t have to worry about laying down your shopping bags in the room. - We have a proper well-equipped kitchen for you to cook. Plates, utensils, pots and pans, knives and board, capsule coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, and fridge. - Our master bedroom has a bathtub with the best domestically reputable amenities. Our second equally spacious bedroom has a shower bathroom. Guest access INTERNET PASSWORD WIFI password is provided in the key card holder during checking in. OUTDOOR ROOFTOP POOL Go up on the rooftop and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with our outdoor pool where you can enjoy a nice dip at the rooftop pool daily from 07.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. FUN GROUND Kids’ most favorite spot is located on the rooftop where they will enjoy themselves with our environmentally-friendly playground. Kids under 10 must be accompanied by a parent at all times. FITNESS ROOM You can work out whenever you are free between 07.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. We’ve got free-weights, treadmills, as well as weight lifting machines and stationary bike for you on the 8th floor. COFFEE MACHINE All rooms are equipped with the capsule coffee machine. FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE We offer an hourly free ride from 9.30 AM. to 5.00 PM. (except lunch time) Depends on subject availability. (1 car per unit) SMOKING AREA Smoking is prohibited in our apartment. There is a smoking area on the first floor. Smoking in a non-smoking area will be punishable by 5,000 baht. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE Thea provides room cleaning every after three nights and linen changing twice a week. Our housekeeping staff will be available from 10.00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. daily (Subject to availability) LAUNDRY AND DRYING CLEANING SERVICE Please contact our receptionists for more information and prices. Extra person charges 800 baht without an extra bed and 1500 baht with an extra bed. House Rules - Pets may not be brought into the apartment - No loud noise is allowed after 9:00 P.M. - No illegal activity is allowed in the apartment at all times - This is a smoke free apartment and the smoking fine is 5,000 THB. If you wish to smoke, please smoke on the first floor near the gate. - Office hours are between 09.00 a.m. to 08.00 p.m. - A security deposit of 3,000 THB must be paid to the apartment upon arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full when there is no loss or damage to the property. - Loss of a keycard will be charged for 300 THB. - Please report any damage as soon as possible to us. - For short stay reservation, No visitors are allowed in guest rooms after 08.00 p.m. - Cleaning and linen and towel changes every after 3 nights. Operating time is from 10.00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. daily (Subject to availability)  If you wish to have your apartment cleaned every day, an extra charge will apply 700 THB. per time. - If you do not wish to be disturbed, please inform the reception. - Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to use the facilities and or amenities is prohibited.
