Let yourself be wrapped up by the Ocean. From our house, you can admire the sea from different angles and you will be lulled by the relaxing sound of the waves even at night. The apartment is inside a resort so you can take advantage of all shared services, e.g. swimming pool, private beach, sun loungers, tropical garden with comfortable sofas and Wi-Fi, as well as free parking with day and night security. The apartment can be reached with the lift and has Wi-Fi. The space The house is finely furnished and has excellent finishes and details. It is located in a quiet, residential area close to Mindelo. You can choose to have tasty local food in the best restaurants of the island or enjoy a dinner at home: the kitchen is equipped with everything required to cook and washing up overlooking the sea is a pleasant experience we are no longer used to. You can make it even more relaxing by using the portable lamp with Bluetooth speaker. ACCESSORIES in the rooms: - Bedrooms: bedding, ceiling fan, desktop desk, iron with board, camping fridge, books. - Bathroom: hairdryer, first aid kit, towels and bathrobes. - Kitchen: induction hob with pans, convection oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee moka pot. - Dining room: table sets. - Living area: television, lanterns with candles, portable Bluetooth speaker / lamp, Cape Verdean board game (Uril). For your SAFETY: - Digital safe box. - Smoke and carbon monoxide detector. - First aid kit in the bathroom. - Fire extinguisher at the entrance of the apartment. - Main entrance electronic lock. Guest access The apartment is on the third floor and it is reachable by lift. Access to the house is permitted through a code which will be given at the check-in and will be valid for the whole duration of your stay. The car park next to the resort is free and secure at night. Taxi is the cheapest and most common means of transport. We can recommend our trusted taxi drivers and car hirer. Other things to note Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi in the apartment as well as in the garden and swimming pool areas is free and unlimited. SERVICES There is a handy convenience store on the ground floor of the building. An internal shared laundry is available (extra cost). RECOMMENDATIONS Fresh water is a very limited resource on the island. So we recommend to avoid wasting it, thank you. We also recommend to buy your travel tickets before booking the accommodation.
