Linton Retreat with Spa (Hot Tub / Jacuzzi)

Welcome to ‘Linton Retreat’, a beautiful Cabin located in a peaceful rural countryside setting on the edge of a mixed forest. The outdoor five-person spa (hot tub/jacuzzi) in a private enclosed gazebo offers our guests the pampering and relaxation they deserve during their holiday or break away from the stresses of life. The Ballarat Skipton Rail Trail is at your doorstep for leisurely walks & bike riding. The space We built this cottage specifically for our guests, featuring fantastic views, peaceful location, and elegant furnishings. Our cottage facilities offer all the comforts and technology to support your stay, featuring two smart TVs (one upstairs and one downstairs), two split systems (one upstairs and one downstairs), to ensure you are perfectly comfortable during both winter and summer. There are two toilets, located in the main bathroom and on the upper level. To keep you connected, we are NBN connected with WIFI. A telescope is available for our guests. Outdoor enclosed five-person spa with two as recliners. Our cottage can accommodate up to four guests, featuring a beautiful King Bed upstairs and two double sofa beds available. The lounge upstairs converts into a double bed, with a Japanese divider separating the beds for privacy if needed. Downstairs, the lounge also converts into another double bed. This six-star energy-rated home features double-glazed windows, among other sustainable elements. Guest access The cottage is fully self-contained, offering private accommodation. You have land to the left of the cottage where you can kick a football or let the kids run around. The spa house (Hot Tub/Jacuzzi) is for our guests' exclusive use. Other things to note The cottage has stairs and is not recommended for individuals who may find the stairs a challenge, although bedding and all necessary items are available downstairs. To keep the children safe, we have a latch on the upstairs bedroom door, providing adults with peace of mind. Pets are not allowed because we don't have an enclosed area, and we have our own pets on the property. Please read the safety rules when using the spa in the visitor book and the signage inside the spa. As your host, I have my 'First Aid' to assist my guests during their stay. We recommend guests dry themselves in the shower and make sure they use the bathmat.
