The house consists of a ground floor with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and large patio with: barbecue, dining area and sitting area with sofas. The house has been recently renovated and is in very good condition. This house is ideal for a couple, with or without children, who are looking to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay. One of the rooms is equipped with a double bed (150 x 190 cm²), while the other room is equipped with two single beds (90 x 190 cm²) that can also be configured as a double bed (180 x 190 cm2). Both rooms face the exterior of the house, one to the street and the other to the patio. The house is very bright since all rooms and areas have openings (windows or doors) to the outside as in a typical Mediterranean architecture. All doors and windows have Mediterranean blinds that allow air to pass through when closed. This ensures that in summer, when it is hot outside, the house is cooled by the draft. The house is also equipped with air conditioning. For winter, we have recently installed a pellet stove heating system that keeps the house warm and comfortable. The internet connection is by high speed fiber optic. All the electricity the house consumes is 100% renewable with guaranteed origin. It is recommended to rent a car to get around the area. Other things to note Ecotasa. Visitors to Mallorca are required to pay a tax (ECOTASA) dedicated to supporting the island’s resources and environment. For holiday homes like ours, the tax is 2€ per guest per night. (For comparison, it’s 4€ per guest per night in hotels.) This tax helps address the impact of tourism on essential local resources, such as transportation, waste management, and water supplies. During the summer months, the population of Mallorca doubles, and this contribution plays a key role in ensuring we can continue to welcome visitors while preserving the island’s beauty and functionality for everyone.
