Stunning views Southampton Water and the Solent

The bungalow is extremely comfortable with stunning sea views across the Solent. Watch the yachts and cruise liners sail by from the lounge window. The bungalow is situated on an elevated position close to the Royal Yacht Squadron in Cowes. It is just a 5 minute walk from the bustling centre of Cowes with numerous restaurants, bars and marinas. There is a large back garden with mature shrubs that backs onto the grounds of historic Northwood House and a front patio with stunning sea views. The space All rooms to the front of the bungalow, plus the front sun terrace have stunning views of the Solent and Southampton Water. How about breakfast or dinner on the front terrace watching the cruise liners and yachts sail by? Alternatively relax in the large secluded rear garden with its large lawn and established plants and shrubs. With luck you'll spot the resident red squirrels. Sun bathe on the sun loungers on the terrace at the rear which is a sun trap most of the day, Lounge / diner has panoramic views across Southampton Water and the Solent. There is a TV, DVD and music player. Study has stunning sea views as well. There is an additional sofa bed in this room. Note a third of the roof has conservatory glazing. There is a TV and DVD player. Conservatory overlooks the large mature garden. There is a dining table in here as well as the lounge / diner. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooker, micro wave etc. Utility room has washing machine and tumble drier along with an iron and ironing board. Modern shower room with toilet Family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom 1 has a super king sized bed and overlooks the garden Bedroom 2 has twin beds and overlooks the sea. Bedroom 3 has a small double bed (4 foot). Study has a sofa bed Both patios have tables and chairs to admire the views. The patio at the rear has two sun loungers. There is a BBQ available. The nearest pubs and restaurants are about a 5 minute walk away. The shingle beach is also 5 minutes away The property backs onto Northwood House which has a children's play area, tennis courts and a bowling green. Guest access Access is via a very steep drive. Once at the top of the drive the area is flat and there is parking for 2 cars. Alternatively there is on road parking outside the bungalow.There are also steps up to the bungalow from the road. The bungalow is not adapted for wheelchair use but people with walking disabilities often stay at the bungalow as long as they can walk up a step into the bungalow. Other things to note There is a steep drive up to the property. Once up the drive all is flat apart from a step into the bungalow itself
