Chapel House is a delightful two bed (King & Double), two bathroom maisonette with stunning views of the water from all rooms. The sunny balcony has far-reaching estuary views. Kingswear opposite Dartmouth is peaceful, gets afternoon sun, has its own amenities & just a short walk from Dartmouth. The Double has a stone tiled ensuite & King has a large ensuite with vaulted ceiling, bath, shower & Utility. Parking incl in the nearby Marina. No pets or young kids. Please bring your own towels. The space A stunning, sunny balcony has wide-reaching views of the estuary, Naval College and up river. You can watch boats, rowers, naval exercises, steam trains and wildlife (even basking seals). Chapel House is located in the heart of Kingswear village. The pubs, café, bistro, post office, ferries and train station are a stone's throw away. Dartmouth is a short walk with regular ferries running until late every 5-10 mins. Both bedrooms enjoy amazing river views, have plenty of fitted wardrobe and drawer space with handmade bedside tables, dressing tables, long mirrors and hair dryers. The comfortable beds are made-up with new pressed-luxury white linen and sumptuous 'Dorma' pillows. Upstairs you will find the fully equipped kitchen/diner with seating for four plus a handmade church pew. Everything you would expect to find in a kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, fan oven and induction hob. The lounge has two, two-seater sofas and a recliner chair, Digital HD TV with Amazon Prime, SEGA games console, books, games, maps & charts. Chapel House has super-fast broadband and good WiFi signal throughout. All rooms offer spectacular views and there is always something to watch on the water - we even provide binoculars! Along with the balcony, outside Chapel House there is a small sunny courtyard with table and chairs. Guest access Guests have full private access to Chapel House, it's two spacious bedrooms, main bathroom (with shower and separate bath facilities), fully fitted kitchen and balcony, utility room and outside sunny courtyard. Other things to note Chapel House is a short walk from the centre of Kingswear up Wood Lane, a short, steep hill. The steep internal staircase makes it unsuitable for younger children and toddlers (there is a good handrail for everyone else!). Parking is included in the Darthaven Marina, a short walk away. There is a drop-off area at the end of Wood Lane. The large car park has electric car charging points. Luxury pressed bed linen, bath mats, tea towel and starter pack of toilet rolls are provided.
