Rooms – Ground floor: open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge with double patio doors leading to the patio and garden. Shower room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Kitchen and utilities – well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and hob. Entertainment – Smart TV and DVD, sound system and selection of books and wifi also available. For families – travel cot, high chair and stair gate available. Please bring your own cot linen. Outside – private rear patio area with table, bench and views towards Snowdonia. Extended lawn area, shared with the holiday cottage next door. Scenic bench also at the front of the cottage with views of Cardigan Bay across to Snowdonia. Parking – plenty of private parking spaces. General – Welcome pack includes tea and coffee, sugar and milk and a cake. Local beer, and jams also included if staying for a week or more. Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, hand and bath towels and 1 hairdryer provided. Pets – no pets. Notes – no smoking inside the cottage.
