The space The newly renovated house awaits your visit with downstairs: -a fully equipped spacious kitchen with dining room -a living room with a sofa, 2 chairs and a fireplace. A 42” smart TV with a several streaming services. - a bedroom with French doors and a retractable day bed - a modern bathroom and a separate toilet - a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products - a cozy and private natural garden and a large, covered terrace with a dining set and BBQ for relaxing outdoor living in the spring and summer. Upstairs you will’ll find a spacious landing with ample storage space for your belongings and your luggage - a library - a master bedroom with TV and an Apple TV 2 (only Netflix). - a bedroom with a retractable day bed Good quality bedlinnen en towels in sufficient amounts are included in the price. We provide all basic toiletries for the first days and a surprise care package. Guest access All rooms are accessible except for an owners closet Other things to note Some rules and policies: Tourist tax: Please be aware that we have to charge and pay a tourist tax, which is Euro 2,45 per person/per day. We will send you the calculation before arrival. Please bring the amount in cash at check-in. Dog policy: a maximum of one dog per stay is allowed, any more dogs only upon request. We ask our dog owners to ensure that the dog is not or not without your own blankets on sofas and beds. If necessary we can also provide dog beds on request. If there any extra cleaning costs or other dog related expenses, we will have to deduct them from the security deposit. Smoking policy: smoking is not allowed inside. A Euro 100,- fine will be deducted from your deposit in case we determine smoking inside did occure. Event and parties: NO parties are allowed inside the house or outside. We trust, that you distinguish between a small birthday party or having dinner outside and an event, that would disturb the neighbors and break with park regulations.
