Apartment Samsa in Rovinj-Borik 250 m from beach

Situated in the quiet "Borik" ("Pinewood") area of the picturesque town of Rovinj, our house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday at the sea. Families and children are welcome. You can reach the beach in only 5 minutes on foot (250 m). The center of the town with its mideaval narrow houses is only 2,5 km away. Our 2-room-apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. The space The apartment A2+2 is situated on the first floor of our family house. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed 180x200 cm, one living room with 2 sofas, dining area, fully equipped kitchen unit, Air Conditioning, digital Sat-TV, WiFi internet, a bathroom and two balconies, one from each room. Both balconies are equipped with garden furniture and sunshades. Use of washing machine in the basement for all our guests free of charge. Other things to note Pets are allowed on previous notice. Additional costs: 8 Euro per day and pet.
