You can do almost everything walking! The space The apartment was recently renovated with an urban style and has 3 bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and the third with a Queen size bed. It also has a large sofa bed that makes it an ideal space for groups up to 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare tasty meals and breakfasts, the spacious living room has a large sofa and Smart TV to relax watching Netflix after a long day. The Wifi is high speed and the special windows isolate the noise for an optimal rest. Guest access The apartment is fully equipped, with optimized resources for greater sustainability and with technology applied to well-being, smart temperature controllers for optimal air conditioning throughout the stay, electronic lock for easy access, high speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, towels, bedding, shampoo, shower gel, air conditioning and heating, washer, iron and a wide variety of cooking utensils. *Autonomous check-in with electronic lock, mobile access. *The apartment is conditionated for remote workers with a desk, spot lightning and high speed Wi-Fi. *If you come as a family and with children, let me know in advance so that i can prepare the apartment for you with the necessary equipment so that you dont have to worry about anything (cot, high chair, etc). Other things to note *Parties are not allowed in the apartment, and special care must be taken with noise after 8pm. *Barcelona tourist tax (6,25€ per person/day) not included as it is paid directly through a link provided by the city for the payment of the tourist tax. I will provide you with the information and means necessary to do so, the city only accepts card payments. *Guest registration is mandatory in Spanish territory to guarantee public safety.
