Chestnut Brook Getaway

Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The cottage is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property, which we live on. Approval no. 2098 The space We want you to be aware that being so close to the beautiful trees , we have a WATERLESS nature. Also the bathroom is accessed from deck (OUTSIDE accessed through the front doors around the corner) PLEASE CHECK PHOTOS. The bathroom has been recently updated with fully painted & has updated flooring. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave & enough equipment to make an easy meal. We also coffee machine & a selection of tea. There are coffee & tea bags as well. The queen-size bed has 1000TC sheets & is very comfortable. It is located upstairs in our loft area with low A frame roof. PLEASE CHECK PHOTOS. There is a TV with a Chromecast that you can access your account to most streaming apps like Netflix, Stan, Prime, Disney+. We have a 50-inch TV with a fetch box including subscription channels and access to multi-streaming services. There is a USB connection in the TV, so if you have a device with a USB lead, you can watch through TV. See below for WIFI information. Guest access Cottage is located at the bottom of our property, so a short 30m stroll down the path from the parking area, which is situated away from our homes. The cottage has it own private yard which is fenced off. The paddock area between the car park & cottage area is also fenced off from our horses Other things to note The Fetch box has a number of channels. Guests can access their netflix, prime & stan accounts from here too. Phone reception isn't strong, so will not always get a strong signal, sometimes none at all. Our stairs have no way of being blocked off, so we ask that small children that are crawling or walking not stay. We are more than happy to have infants stay. Their is space to put a porta cot up. We have dogs that lives on the property. Max is one of our dogs who is super friendly & loves to say hello, so please be aware that he might do so.
