La Casa Blu, an ancient villa with a swimming pool and spa

Casa Blu is part of the Terra Sessana Resort, a few kilometers from Ostuni. Dating back to the 18th century, the house welcomes its guests with refined and comfortable furnishings, with the charm of exposed stone, antique floors and period furniture. Outside, it is surrounded by large gardens with lawn and private swimming pool. The space A few kilometers from the "white" Ostuni and the most fascinating beaches of the Brindisi coast, immersed in a countryside dotted with trulli and centuries-old olive trees, stands "Terra Sessana". 
 Its name derives from the district in which the property is located, "contrada Sessana", which recalls, according to Latin etymology (sanus), the idea of a healthy life in harmony with nature. Terra Sessana is a charming resort that covers 7 hectares of land, and consists of: the Casa Blu, the most prestigious and spacious house, ancient Trulli, a typical stone building called Lamia, and a Villa with a large veranda overlooking the gardens. Each house has its own private swimming pool and a panoramic garden with lawn areas and centuries-old olive trees, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley. The blue of the sky, the centuries-old olive trees, the red earth, the scents and colors of the Mediterranean maquis, frame this enchanted place that offers guests moments of peace and serenity, in close contact with a landscape with a particular regenerating power. Guest access Guests have access to a children's playground in a shared garden and a restaurant area for traditional dinners, wine tastings, traditional Apulian cooking workshops, breakfasts and brunches on request. Other things to note The swimming pool is open from May to October (date to be verified based on weather conditions). At checkout you will be required to pay the accommodation tax (1€ per person per day for the first 5 days) In case of pets there is a surcharge of 30 euros for the entire stay.
