Casa Amor Indiano-Cozy house with ocean views

Our accommodation is an oasis of well-being for individualists and/or families outside the tourist hotspots. Our guests (for safety reasons 13 years and older) can look forward to a spacious yet cozy living room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, a covered furnished terrace with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean and a 3 x 15 m long saltwater pool as well as plenty of space around the house. Parking is available right in front of the house. After a thorough renovation, it now shines again in its old new splendor. Casa Amor Indiano is located on the east coast, in Guatiza, a quiet, tranquil and very authentic place, which is characterized by beautiful nature and a mild sea climate all year round. Cesar Manrique's famous cactus garden is located in Guatiza, and other works are just a short drive away. The east coast and the north of Lanzarote are still very quiet and original. Some of the most beautiful beaches, as well as natural swimming coves of the island can be found here. The historic towns of Haria and Teguise offer cozy places for a coffee and a very good culinary offer. There are also numerous good fish restaurants in the small fishing villages. The house is at the top of a long slope, from where you can overlook the Atlantic towards the southeast unobstructed. The architecture reflects traditional Canarian construction and puts it in dialogue with a modernist language. The spacious and light-flooded living area opens up across the entire width to the Atlantic and is characterized by a beautiful view of nature and the sea. The large, full-surface sliding windows blur the boundaries between inside and outside. In the center of the house is a glazed patio open to the top, which invites you to linger with its green plants and a small sitting area. The open, modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A large wooden dining table offers space for socializing. In the evening, the fire of the open fireplace invites you to a cozy read and a glass of wine. A satellite TV also offers entertainment (German programs). The house also has a fast Internet connection with fiber optic cable. For relaxing nights, the house has 3 bedrooms , which can accommodate up to 6 people with new large and comfortable beds (2 x 1.80 x 2.00 m; 1 x 1.60 x 2.00 m). There are two bathrooms - one of which is en-suite - with walk-in showers. In the master bedroom, there is a freestanding bathtub overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. From the cozy bed you can greet the day with the sunrise every day. Outside, you will find a large, covered furnished terrace on the level of the house. A few steps lead to the 15 m long saltwater pool and the large garden with another seating area. Casa Amor Indiano does not want to be any anonymous vacation accommodation, but rather to offer a unique place through its location, as well as the individual furnishings with a lot of love for detail. Above all, however, a place to feel good, as if you were just coming home on vacation. Guest access The entire house is at our guests' disposal except for the garage. Other things to note Due to the unsecured terrace with direct access to the pool, the house is not suitable for children up to 12 years old. We ask for your understanding.
