'Casa Amor Indiano' - feel-good house with sea view

Our accommodation is an oasis of well-being for individualists and/or families outside the tourist strongholds. Our guests (for safety reasons from 13 years) can look forward to a generous yet cozy living space, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a covered furnished terrace with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and a 3 x 15 m long saltwater pool as well as plenty of space around the house. There is a parking space available right in front of the house. After a thorough renovation, it now shines in the old new splendor. Casa Amor Indiano is located on the East Coast, in Guatiza, a quiet, tranquil and very authentic place characterized by the beautiful nature and a year-round mild sea climate. Cesar Manrique's famous cactus garden is located in Guatiza, more works are a short drive away. The east coast and north of Lanzarote are still very quiet and original. Some of the most beautiful swimming beaches, as well as natural swimming coves of the island can be found. The historic cities of Haria and Teguise offer cozy places for a coffee and a very good culinary offer. There are also numerous good fish restaurants in the small fishing villages. The house is at the top of a long slope where you can see the Atlantic Ocean facing the southeast unaffected. The architecture reflects the traditional Canarian construction and puts it into dialogue with a modernist language. The spacious and light-filled living area opens over the entire width to the Atlantic and is characterized by a beautiful view of nature and the sea. In the center of the house is a glazed patio open to the top, which invites you to linger with its green plants and a small sitting area. The open, modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A large wooden dining table offers space for socializing. In the evenings, the fire of the open fireplace invites you to a cozy reading and a glass of wine. A satellite TV also offers entertainment (German programs). Furthermore, the house has a fast internet connection with fiber optic cable. For relaxing nights, the house has 3 bedrooms , which can accommodate up to 6 people with new large and comfortable beds (2 x 1.80x2.00 m; 1 x 1.60x2.00 m). There are two bathrooms - one en suite - with walk-in showers. In the master bedroom there is a freestanding bathtub overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. From the cozy bed you can welcome the day daily with the sunrise. Outside you will find a large, covered furnished terrace on the level of the house. A few steps lead to the 15 m long saltwater pool and to the large garden with another sitting area. Casa Amor Indiano does not want to be any, anonymous vacation home, rather because of its location, as well as the individual furnishings with a lot of attention to detail, offer a unique place. But especially a place to feel good, as if you just come home during the holidays. Guest access The entire house is at our disposal in addition to the garage.
