Located on the 4th floor with an elevator of an elegant residential complex of the early 1900s, it has a large condominium courtyard that guarantees security and tranquility. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, including children and infants, to ensure comfort, privacy, and discretion for everyone. Recently renovated, it consists of a living room with TV, two bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a beautiful panoramic balcony with 2 outdoor tables. 🛋️The living room with a double sofa bed can easily be transformed into an independent bedroom, where you can maintain privacy and confidentiality. In this area, there is a round glass table for 6 people, and it is equipped with air conditioning. 🛏️The two bedrooms are both composed of a double bed, a large wardrobe, two bedside tables, a luggage rack and air conditioning. For each bed, a set of sheets, or duvets and blankets will be provided according to the season of stay. 🛁The two bathrooms in the apartment are as follows: the largest with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine and a hairdryer; the smallest includes a shower, toilet and sink. 🧺Each guest will be provided with a complete set of towels (bath towel, face, and bidet), disposable soap (shower-shampoo and soap), and toilet paper. 🍽️ Large kitchen, equipped with all necessary comforts (oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, coffee maker and a comfortable table for 6 people).
