This charming little 45 m2 cottage is adjoining the Ty Kozh cottage. Shared garden (playground for children under 10 years old) Gîte "BRITTANY": - Ground floor: A living room with dining area, sitting area and kitchen. - Upstairs: 1 master bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) and 1 children's bedroom (2 beds 80 x 190). 1 bathroom/toilet. - Outside: a terrace with a spa under an arbor, furniture and barbecue (charcoal not included). - 1 parking space Guest access Check in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. For a later arrival, please contact us to set an appointment. Check-out at 10:00 a.m. Late check-in and check-out options - €5 per person per additional hour: - Early check-in on request and subject to availability from 12 noon. - Late check-out upon request and subject to availability until 2 p.m. Guests have exclusive access to the accommodation and its terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (charcoal not included) The SPA is private and accessible year-round. 1 parking space (if necessary, consider carpooling) Other things to note A security deposit of €400 (including €50 cleaning deposit) in case of damage or non-compliance with the regulations will be required upon arrival, even for short stays.
