Unique robinson summer house "Paradise point"

"Paradise Point" is a robinson house (off the grid), only one in cove Vela Travna, located on the sunny, uninhabited southern side of island Šolta, just 20 meters above the sea. It is unique Mediterranean experience for people who are really in love with nature. Since it is built in the heart of untouched nature it is very important to read description before renting, so please check if this type of accommodation fits your holiday wishes and needs. The space Travna bay is four kilometers away (macadam road!) from the first inhabited place, charming Gornje Selo. Paradise point is eco-friendly, carefully architecturally designed to optimize energy use. So, it has three terraces; morning terrace which provide deep shadow until noon, veranda is ideal for lunch and dinner, and there is afternoon and evening terrace from which a fascinating view of the stellar sky is provided at night. The interior consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The particularity of this robinson house is in the fact that it is Off The Grid. Electricity is generated through photovoltaic system (solar), and water is exclusively collected rainwater. This certainly means that, while staying in this house, it is necessary to behave responsibly towards energy products. So, you can not use electricity devices which spend over 350 watts, like iron, hair dryer and similar. Still, there is enough energy for lights, fridge, satelit tv, mobile phones and laptop charging. Pebble beaches are only few steps from the house, Mediterranean summer is waiting – it is perfect destination for swimming, diving, exploring the coast, having sea fun, relaxing and sunbathing on deck chairs. .. Just in front of the house, near beach, is solar shower. Heal your body and soul in this peace of heaven! :-) Guest access Whole house is for our guests, beaches are 20 meters from house. Other things to note We are renting house only from weekend to weekend, so it is possible to arrive and departure only on Saturdays or Sundays. Guests are obligated to show us their passports or ID card upon arrival.
