The apartment is on the 1st floor of a well-kept terrace house and is accessible at ground level due to the hillside location. The center of Bad Lauterberg can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. In the house there is a free swimming pool (bathing caps required) and a ping pong table. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. A bicycle cellar and a car parking space are provided.
