The space Tucked behind lush greenery, Casa Lagoona is a laid-back beachside haven designed for effortless coastal living. With kayaks ready for adventure and the beach just steps away, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a reason to stay indoors. The lounge is all about relaxation, with deep leather sofas, a large-screen TV, and a combustion heater to keep things toasty in winter, all in an airy, open-plan living space with soaring ceilings and rich blackbutt floors. Slide open the glass doors and step onto the generous balcony, where sunset drinks, BBQ feasts, and wood-fired pizzas are practically mandatory. The kitchen is spacious and ready for action, with an electric oven, induction cooktop, and enough counter space for even the most ambitious holiday cook. A wooden dining table invites long, lazy meals, while wraparound windows flood the space with natural light and leafy views. The downstairs snug—aka the kids’ hideaway—is complete with comfy couches and a TV, perfect for movie nights or morning cartoons. Next door, the bunk bedroom makes this space an exclusive kid-friendly zone. A laundry with a shower and toilet means sandy feet never make it upstairs. The primary bedroom is a retreat of its own, featuring a king-size bed and a sleek ensuite with a freestanding bath, double vanity, and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds offer comfort and charm, serviced by a well-appointed family bathroom. Ceiling fans in all upstairs bedrooms keep things breezy, while the reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area ensures year-round comfort. Outside, the fully enclosed garden is a little slice of tranquillity, perfect for morning coffees or evening stargazing. Driveway parking ensures a hassle-free stay. Firewood is provided during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home! Other things to note School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
