Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children. The space This is our beloved flat. You can use everything, we ask you to be very careful with everything. Our lovely flat has a huge living room, with a dining table for 6, TV with NETFLIX (use your own login) and amazon prime, a room with a double bed and a baby cot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. We also have a washing machine including dryer. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery stores and playgrounds are very close by. We have a huge playground in front of the door with table-tennis, table soccer, slackline and swings. So you can send the children in front of the door whilst having a coffee on the balcony. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children (toys inclusive). Parking is free on the streets around the flat. There is also a locked backyard where you can park your bicycles. In January 2024 we have painted the whole flat with high quality silicate-based interior KEIM Ecosil-ME paint. Guest access You have access to all rooms in our flat. Other things to note The lodging tax must be paid by all the people in Dresden who pay for private overnight accommodation in hotels, guesthouses or boarding houses, holiday homes or similar accommodation, as well as on campsites, unless a tax exemption (see below) exists in an exceptional case. The lodging tax depends on the amount spent on the individual overnight stay in the accommodation (including VAT). If several people pay a single (joint) room price, each guest shall be allotted an amount that corresponds to the division of this price by the number of guests accommodated. The tax is taken by AirBnB and will be transferred to the city of Dresden direct.
