The space Historic Colenso Cottage, is the original home of the great explorer and missionary, William Colenso, built in 1859 now renovated to a high standard for your indulgence and comfort. A self contained historic property boasts a large master bedroom, complete with an ultra comfy king size bed, flat screen television with Netflix, beautiful linen and cosy blankets. A full set of drawers and a wardrobe for long stay guests. A beautiful dark leather studded sofa compliment the tastefully decorated open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary Netflix and Wifi are there for your comfort and convenience. In the private sunny courtyard, sit back and relax on one of the native wooden sun-loungers which backs onto a native garden or enjoy breakfast on the wrought iron table and chairs as you take in the views over Te Mata Peak through to the Kaweka ranges.
