Sleeping four and situated on the 1st floor with lift, the apartment comprises an elegant main open-plan sitting/dining room with feature fireplace (not in use), a large L-shaped sofa, a dining suite seating four and offering plenty of room to chill out after a busy day about town. Just to the side lies the fully-fitted and very nicely finished kitchen/breakfast room with a table for two - ideal for keeping your chef company as they cook up a feast with ingredients from the Rialto - while further along sits a twin bedroom with two single beds (1 a ‘pull-out’) and an up-to-date bathroom with large shower opposite. The gorgeous master bedroom lies at the apartment’s farthest end - a delightful room with double bed, smartly decked out in soothing colours and with a separate modern bathroom again with large shower. Please note that the operation of air-conditioning and heating are subject to municipality regulation. In general, heating is available from mid-October to mid-April, while air-conditioning is available from mid-April to mid-October.
