The space The chalet is a huge building with 8 bedrooms, providing bigger groups a lot of space - on 4 levels, to enjoy a high-quality holiday. The chalet combines most modern technic and interior with local traditional wooden elements. It is the perfect place for adults (private spa area, huge kitchen table to sit together, tasting of genuine spirits, ... ) and children (best wifi in every corner of the building, video games, huge garden, children cart track during summer, ... ). We know what is crucial for bigger groups and families and that is why we provide everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday and a life time memory. NEW: We now offer our guests FREE daily access to the Mayrhofen Adventure Pool during operating hours. This facility includes an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a large wellness area, and 4 tennis courts (clay, outdoor), located just 250 meters away. The wellness area is free in summer, and you receive a 50% discount in winter. Guest access Especially very popular is our stable and fast WiFi access – free of charge. Hand- and bath towels, as well as soap, shower gel and private parking area is included. The 1000m² garden provides a sun-bathing lawn with recliners, secure playground with trampoline, table tennis and many more. New is the children cart race track during summer. As well it is very nice to barbeque in the garden. Provided is a Webber kettle barbeque, tables and benches. You are very welcome to visit our organic fruit plantation and the in-house “Schnaps” distillery. Other things to note On the day of arriving it is possible to use our private parking area from the early morning on. Will try to have the apartment ready for your check-in as early as possible. On the day of check-out it is possible as well to use our private parking area. You may enquire for a late check-out on site. We may are able to offer you a late check-out on additional costs until 17.00/5pm on additional costs. Additional guests? Please note that your booking and its total price are based on the number of people as stated in the offer/booking confirmation. If additional people are interested in joining you, this is possible upon request. To avoid duplicate costs, please inform us in advance, and we will gladly provide you with information regarding any additional costs, should extra people be allowed. For guests who are unable to travel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance in advance. Maximum number of people/infants? It is not possible to exceed the maximum number of people with infants (under 2 years old) for free. Even if the Airbnb system allows it, the booking will not be accepted in this case. Please contact us, and we will work on finding a solution. Private Sauna? Yes, this unit features a private sauna. Daily use, in the form of a sauna token for 100 minutes, is already included in the total price. Should additional sauna tokens be required (which is usually not the case), they can be purchased on site. Continuous operation is not permitted for safety reasons. Towels for the swimming pool: Please do not take our towels to the swimming pool. Bring your own bath towel or rent one at the pool for a small fee. We always hand over the apartments in a clean and proper condition. We would therefore like to ask you to leave them in good condition. Furthermore, we ask our guests to adhere to our house rules.
