Beautifully renovated, Number1@Wimbie is the perfect coastal getaway for couples, friends & small families. Set in a peaceful bush setting and a short, flat walk to beaches & local shops/cafes, this unique townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Surf the waves, relax in the pool, play tennis, hike the Munjip trail (2 mins walk away) or visit nearby attractions ... LINEN available for an additional cost. The space This light-filled, split level townhouse with a sunny deck and shady courtyard comes well equipped with ducted heating/air con, wi-fi, Smart TV, bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, heat pump dryer and Weber BBQ. Enjoy the brand new ensuite (double shower), wet room (bath and open double shower), laundry, toilet, kitchen with European appliances (including induction cooktop) and two Nespresso coffee machines. A few pods will be provided but if you are a big coffee drinker please bring your own and note the Vertuo model uses *BIG* pods that are *only* available from Nespresso. Perfect for up to four guests but can sleep five. Front bedroom has 1 x queen bed; back bedroom has 1 x queen bed and 1 x single pull out sofa bed. The townhouse is in a quality complex and has parking for two cars at the front door. *Please don't park on the grass. Guest access Guests have access to the entire townhouse apart from a few locked cupboards. The complex pool and tennis court are a short stroll from the townhouse and available for your use – please abide by the complex rules (in the provided folder). You will find a couple of tennis racquets and old boogie boards in case you didn't bring your own. You will also find flyers, leaflets and other information about the local area and nearby attractions in the boxes in the white cabinet next to the front door. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE LINEN IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING COST. Guests can provide their own linen or can make separate arrangements with me to provide a linen package at an additional cost (quality sheets/pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels & beach towels). PLEASE ask if you would like a LATE CHECK OUT and, if it isn't a peak time with back-to-back bookings, I will do my best to accommodate your request. But you will be visited by beautiful king parrots and other birdlife.
