Relaxing house, wonderful landscape

The space The apartment has seascape and garden, car parking, conditioned air system. The position it's perfect for sea activities but also for country ones (National Park of Portofino it's far two steps from the house). Above all it's 10-15 minutes far from Santa Margherita Ligure town, Camogli and Portofino; distance between the house and Genoa town: 30 kilometres (about 18 miles). The house furnishings is complete for all the spaces. The habitable terrace has chairs and a table. The garden with seascape has beach chairs to enjoy the panorama, completely surrounded by the tipical colours of our Ligurian country. Comfortable bus-stop at 100 metres, restaurants, pharmacy, market and news paper shop at 1.2 kilometres (about 0.7 miles). The panorama 'hugs' from the Golfo of Tigullio with the Portofino hills to the 5 Terre, comfortable reachable by ferry or train, departures from Santa Margherita Ligure. So thanks to its relaxing and smart position you can do all the activities staying near the apartment! Minimum period 3 nights.
