HOUSE DELFIN IS IDEAL FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS El Masnou, a pleasant town delimited by the sea and its mountains, on the Barcelona side. A quiet area to enjoy the outdoors with everything at your disposal, there is even a shopping area less than 1 The space DELFIN is on the ground floor of a large house. It has totally independent access, and the garden and the swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests. Guests can leave their vehicles parked inside the property. This house is located a short distance from the town of El Masnou, in a very quiet and safe residential area. The house has a fantastic porch to be able to have lunch or dinner with maximum privacy in front of the garden and the pool. On the terrace and in the garden, there are sun loungers and chairs to sunbathe or enjoy the friendly Mediterranean climate. From the porch, you can control the pool to see how the children bathe, while the older ones enjoy a pleasant evening at the table that seats 8 people. The kitchen has direct access to the porch, making it very practical and pleasant to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outside. The house has three double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed. There is also a games room with a pool table, and a comfortable and practical double sofa bed with air conditioning. The house has a huge living room with an extendable table for 8 people and a large sofa to watch television comfortably, or while connecting to Wi-Fi to continue watching your series. This room also has air conditioning. The pool has comfortable access stairs. In the garden, there is a large built-in barbecue to prepare all kinds of grilled meat, vegetables or fish. The ground floor has been recently renovated (June 2017) so that the bathrooms, facilities and furniture are completely new and the warm parquet flooring provides a pleasant feeling of comfort. PARKING: you can enter and park your vehicles on the property. They can also park for free and easily on the street. The street is shared with the residents. They must respect the direction of traffic on the streets and not park in front of accesses to private parking lots. THE GARDEN AND THE PORCH: The garden and dining areas must be respected. The Barbecue must be cleaned after each use. These spaces are not shared but must be preserved. THE POOL: It is private but the rest hours of the neighbours, the bathing suit and use of the pool must be respected. It also has hammocks for sunbathing and a room with inflatables and toys for the little ones. INCLUDED SERVICES: Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit. Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00. Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us! HOUSE'S RULES - It is not rented to groups under 25 years. - The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card. - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit. IT'S NOT ALLOWED - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces and/or balconies. - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed. - It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE ABANDONED If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
