Villa Belvedere is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy the wonderful Geremas beach just 6 minutes walk away but can also be a great starting point for exploring the south coast of Sardinia and visiting Cagliari. The space Villa Belvedere is a magnificent two-story villa located on the hillside of Geremeas Residence, just 500 meters from Geremeas Beach (Marongiu Beach), which can be reached in a 6-minute walk. The house is located within the private area of the residence, access to which is allowed only to holders of the remote control that opens the bar. Villa Belvedere is suitable to comfortably accommodate 8/10 people, having three double bedrooms, a double room on the ground floor with a bunk bed, a double sofa bed very convenient to open and close, and 4 bathrooms in total. The property is accessed through a characteristic staircase made of local stone, leading to the garden, which thanks to its elevated position guarantees total privacy, as it is not visible from the road. A spacious outdoor living veranda, where you can eat or simply relax on armchairs and rocking chair, leads to the entrance of the ground floor, where you will find the two-level living room with dining table, corner sofa bed and entertainment area with 43" 4K Smart TV with sound system and satellite decoder, which allows the viewing of all Italian digital terrestrial channels and many foreign channels, as well as the possibility to access streaming channels. Also on the ground floor is a modern fully equipped kitchen, a double room with bunk beds and a bathroom. From the living room and kitchen there is access to the covered interior veranda with ceiling fans, an ideal place to enjoy meals. From here you have access to the outdoor laundry room where you will also find everything you need to clean the house. On the second floor are two spacious double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, both with en suite bathrooms and a small terrace, plus a third double bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom in front. Next to the house is a very pleasant outdoor shower, very convenient for cooling off and rinsing off after being at the beach. Plus for the area is the presence at Villa Belvedere of a gas boiler, which allows you to take showers without worrying about running out of hot water and without having to wait between showers! All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/dehumidifier/heat pump. Internet connection with Wi-Fi and unlimited data traffic is included, which is rare in this area: whether you need to work or watch streaming movies, you'll have no problem. If you need baby equipment just ask for it, Accomodando provides free cribs, drop bars, high chairs, baby bathtubs, changing tables, chair risers, etc... At Villa Belvedere there are plates, glasses and cutlery for children as well as home and beach games and books for everyone. Beach umbrellas are also available to guests. The very comfortable house is tastefully furnished, ideal for peaceful and relaxing vacations. The villa is named after a magnificent belvedere, the pride of this house. A staircase made of local stone leads to a clearing equipped with a table, chairs, umbrella and zero gravity deck chairs, from which to enjoy an amazing view of the entire bay. The lookout is the ideal place for a sunset aperitif but the view is breathtaking at any time of day. IMPORTANT Adjacent to the villa there is a small, completely independent annex with two rooms and a bathroom, where depending on the periods it is possible the presence of the owners, who use it only for sleeping, who value the privacy of the guests and who are still available for any suggestions or needs. Other things to note Before your arrival we will send you the exact location of the villa, it will be important to use that and not the address to reach it. Checkin and Checkout are flexible and we will always do our best to accommodate our guests.
