Wifi: By The Water unfortunately does not supply Wi-fi for your stay. Security Deposit A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (Note – this does not apply for Airbnb bookings) Check in / Check out information • Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays) • Check-Out: strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods If you're arriving outside of the peak times, early check-in may be possible—contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you House Rules – Please read before booking.
