The apartment consists of a small hall, two opposing rooms, and a bathroom with a 90 cm x 120 cm douche. In the bedroom has an 8 sqm balcony facing to the Gellért hill and the pool and the rose-garden. There is a writing table. This room can be used as a Home-Office as well. In the other room is a well-equipped kitchen with. There is a grand pull-out sofa-bed. So, the apartment fits for 4 persons. This room has a 30 sqm huge terrace with nice furniture. The guest-apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. All windows and the terrace-doors are protected by brand new mosquito nets, so you can enjoy the calmness and the fresh air with open windows any time. On the same floor is the large designed private bathroom with a 90 cm * 120 luxury douche. You can get to the bath from a small hall, wich is common used. From the bathroom you can get to the huge terrace as well. There is a shared laundry-room in the villa, which can be used between 8 am and 8 pm. Our guests can enjoy the pool between 10 am to 6 pm, and use all day the well-kept 1.400 sqm garden with plenty of lawn, more than 100 fragrant, romantic roses. There are cosy places for relaxing: a large pergola with barbeque, a Hollywood-chair under a rose-arbour, a rose-pavilion with romantic furniture and garden banks as well. Guest access The guests can use the pool between 10 am and 6 pm. They can also use the shared laundry room equipped with washing-mashine and dryer and iron and ironing board from 10 am to 6 pm and the well-kept 1.400 sqm garden with plenty of lawn, 102 fragrant, romantic roses all day. Other things to note We live also in the villa and our guests can give us a phone call every day and all day. We have 2 waggish, timid cats, that (should) have no entry to the guestrooms.
