Guest access The whole apartment, including the private pool on the patio and 2 parking bays with a lift to the apartment, is available for your personal use. The shared laundry, gym, bbq area and large outdoor pool are available to all residents. Other things to note The apartment is let on a self-catering basis. Linen and towels are provided upon arrival. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at your own expense. You will be charged for any damage to the property or its contents which have arisen during the course of your stay. Additional fees may apply to requests for non-standard check-in and check-out times. The swimming pool is handed over clean at the start of the rental and is only maintained after 7 days. Seaside location may result in particles falling into the pool after strong wind. This is not harmful.
